Mat Pilates is the Secret to maintaining your Reformer Pilates Practice and your ability to do advanced exercises on the Reformer. 


With our classes increasing in popularity, we welcome our Legacy Members to roll out a mat and join in on our X-TENDED, R-45 & X-PRESS Classes when they are full. 


You can still replicate many Reformer exercises using your body weight and some common props and applying your Pilates principles. Rest assured, you will achieve the same level of core strength, control, and mobility through your efforts as you would with the machine.


Being able to adapt your Reformer Pilates practice is one of the best things you can do to keep yourself consistent. Whether you’re joining in on an already Full Class or trying to establish an at-home practice, we have you covered with plenty of ways to adapt your Reformer Pilates Practice.
